In a talk with songs, I will trace the captivating ‘rags to riches’ story of Eliza Doolittle from her origins in George Bernard Shaw's play ‘Pygmalion’, to the West End/ Broadway musical, to Audrey Hepburn's iconic performance in the iconic 1964 film.

‘The Sound of Music’ for many is a most beloved film! In this talk, Zoe will present the story of the real-life Maria and Von Trapp family and how it became a hit musical and film starring Julie Andrews. She will sing a selection of the well-knows songs. Perhaps you will want to sing along too?
